About Choice Points Coach Therapy

We reach a choice point in life when we make a decision which takes us towards or away from the life we want to achieve.  Are you ready to start living your life to its full potential?  I am a fully qualified counsellor and life coach, committed to helping you work towards positive change.  I work predominantly, but not exclusively, with teenagers and young adults (14 – 30).

We all feel anxious at times, but sometimes it can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling alone, or with no way out.  But the good news is that you don’t have to live this way!

I’ll work with you to build your confidence, identify your hidden strengths and lifegoals, and help you find meaningful direction for the future. 

Questions

Do you feel like your life is heading down the wrong track, or just not moving forward in the way you want? Do you want to create a better life for yourself but lack the skills, tools or staying power to make it happen? If so, you are not alone. Many people have an idea of where they want to go, or how they’d like to be, but are unsure of what needs to change, or the best way to make their changes a success. My aim is to help you gain the skills and self-confidence to trust in your own decisions and know where you want to go in life and how you’re going to get there.

Getting Help

Many people can recognise when things aren’t going so well for them, and usually use various strategies to get them back on track. Sometimes, despite their best efforts, they run out of ideas, or turn to unhelpful strategies, and come to a halt. This is the best time to come to Coach Therapy! Getting help before you get to the point of a breakdown or crisis is not weak or a failure, it’s a positive way to focus on improving your situation.

Flexible Support

For some people, weekly counselling sessions are difficult to sustain or are sometimes unnecessary. My aim is to provide flexible Coach Therapy as and when you need it. Some people start with weekly sessions and then reduce to every 2nd week. Where possible I will try to offer an early therapy session at the point of need, as often this is enough to become unstuck, take a few steps toward goal achievement and a plan to sustain this change.

I am passionate about helping teenagers and young adults to find ways that help them be their best self.

I’m Sandra, and after working in the public sector for over 30 years I decided to train as a counsellor. Through counselling adults, I realised that although many people need some counselling, much of our work focused on developing confidence and life-skills linked to employment and social situations. For this reason, I went on to train as a life coach. I specialise in helping people feel more confident, and help them identify their vision for the future.
